Maxflex settled in the Van Welderenstraat in Nijmegen some 15 years ago. During this period they have grown into a fixture in the temping world of Nijmegen and its immediate surroundings.
We worked with Maxflex to redesign and develop their website. Higher conversion in the form of registrations and leads from new companies was key. By aligning the project goals, challenges and the definition of success, we came to a completely unique design that fits seamlessly with the look and feel of the organisation. A new CMS has been integrated so that Maxflex can easily manage the website itself.
Custom form solution
The entire registration process, which previously took place with pen and paper, has been fully digitized. The most important factors for change were:
- Lower the threshold for candidates to register.
- Preventing an unnecessary stack of paper.
- Improved search, sorting and filtering capabilities in the registration form file.
- More structure in the monitoring of personal data.
With these 'drivers for change' in mind, a custom online registration form has been developed with a management environment in Airtable at the back. Within this management environment a Maxflex employee can assess the registered candidates, generate a PDF with all the data on the form and even create an extra form when a candidate enters service.
As a temporary employment agency, we were looking for a new tailor-made website that would cover the entire registration process in terms of the flow of forms in addition to 'multi-device' suitability. Wierper WebWorks turned out to be a valuable partner for us in this process. Based on our functional specifications and a number of interactive design sprints, they delivered a more than excellent product in a very short time, 'on time' and 'on budget'. Highly recommended!
